Bold Visuals, represented by Hannes Ueberschär, Spencer Dock, Dublin 1, Ireland.

2. The short version
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own web server — no data is sent to Google Fonts or similar services when you visit. We only process personal data you actively send us, plus the technical data every web server needs.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by our web hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf. When you visit, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period, usually within a few weeks, unless needed to investigate an incident. We have a data processing agreement with our host.
4. Project request form
When you use our project questionnaire, we process the details you enter — name, email address, company (optional), your project selections and your message — to answer your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The form is delivered to us by email via Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), which acts as our processor. Data may be transferred to the USA; this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). We keep your request only as long as needed to handle it and to meet legal retention duties.
5. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If you contact us directly, we process your message and contact details to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our phone number links to WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta. If you use it, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.
6. External links
We link to LinkedIn. No data is sent to LinkedIn until you click the link; after that, LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — for example the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or the authority in your country of residence.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. Last updated: September 2026.
